After the success that Thrust turned out to be, the trio of Eggman, Kai and Tess created another model of robot that would be able to freeze their target solid. After the birth of Thrust and what they did to deal the demon soul in the robot without the demon making a flesh body from the metallic form of the robot. After putting the soul into the body, volts immediately being sent into the robot. Even with this, the demon was much more stubborn than Thrust, not giving up the fight for freedom. Though keeping a good fight, the demon lost the fight once data was uploaded into the robot.

Once activated, the newly dubbed minion Frost was not exactly a follower as Thrust was. Frost may be programmed to follow orders, but when it comes to some free will left, Frost is still perfectly able to speak her mind and isn't afraid to let her creators know what she thinks of them.

Like Thrust, Frost is given missions, while her male counterpart is given the task to find sacrifices to power up those under his and Frosts command, Frost and her models have to find any information on the Seven Deadly Sins and their virtues. Usually keeping an eye out for those that may be the hosts for these spirits.

When not on any assignment, Frost is on a hunt of her own, looking for a body that would be the perfect host for herself. The data she was given by Eggman that contained Sonic and his friends proved very useful to her.

Frost shares a sibling bond with Thrust, whom she dubs "Big Bro", since he was created before her. Frost tries to reason with Thrust and get through to the demon that is imprisoned within the robot, but never works, but she knows it will soon, since Frost knows about Thrusts condition with the demons flesh consuming the robot from the inside out. She vowed to never inform their creators, not sure what they would do to him if they knew. Frost is a tad jealous of Thrust due to the fact that she only has a fleshed arm and head, while Thrust is slowly gaining an entire organic body.

Frost's main goal is to regain her freedom. While Thrust gains more and more flesh, Frost slowly regains her entire free will. This ice cold robot has made a list of suitable hosts; Cream, growing up young for a long life; Rouge, a voluptuous body to use to get what she wants; Claire, for her brute strength, and her list goes on.
